Local Indonesian products will be shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 24 to 72 hours depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you via email along with the carrier name and website so you can track your parcel.

Products shipped from the international warehouse take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, and you can track them using the tracking number provided.  

International Customers:

The order will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping normally takes 5-18 working days. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.

Items are also subject to customs clearance and may be held until duties and taxes are paid. As the importer/consignee, it is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes.
